When I try to copy a 6" x 4"  Photo to 6" x 4" photo paper it defaults to  A4 even though I selected phot paper in the setings.  Any suggestions please?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately I have already followed the printing  instructions several times but the printer still defaults to A4 paper despite selecting 6x4" photo paper.  The Photo paper is HP Photo paper and is 6"x4" in size as is the original photo.

Any further thoughts?

In addition to my last post, the photo prints at the correct size, it's just the paper size that's incorrect!

Hi @cws777, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @Betty0610, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.

I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

Did you change the copy settings on the printer control panel?

Are you trying to make a copy or print from your printer?

Try few steps recommended below and change the copy settings on your printer.

Changing the copy settings from the printer control panel.

Touch Copy, Copy Document, or Copy Photo on the printer control panel, and then select any available basic settings that apply to your copy job.

Touch Settings or the gear icon.
   NOTE:
You might need to scroll down the control panel screen to access all settings. Available settings vary by printer model.

Paper Type: Select the type of plain or photo paper you are making the copies on.

Touch or press the Back icon or OK.

Load the original document or photo, and then start a copy job.
