I replaced my original 951XL cyan ink cartridge with a new 951XL cyan ink cartridge and got the message that my new print cartridge was incompatible.
My printer was purchased in the United States and I have not moved outside the U.S. However, after reviewing several of the community posts about this issue, and following the resolution articles' recommendations, I noticed that my original ink cartridge was made in Malaysia and is one of the "universal" cartridges that does not have a Z- designation. However, my new U.S. ink cartridges have a Z-10 designation and are to be used only in the U.S. and Canada.
As a result, I believe that my printer may need to be re-zoned.
