Product: LaserJet 100 Color MFP M175nw

I have an HP LaserJet 100 color MFP M175nw printer. Apparently a cartridge is jammed. I am getting 54.2 Error message 

and it makes a loud noise and shakes. How can I fix it?

54.2 is a carousel rotation error. Possible causes are something prevent the carousel from turning like foreign material or a cartridge not seated properly. In some cases the carousel gets twisted so that the left and right sides are not aligned at the same point on the gears. If you open the cartridge door and the cartridge looks canted to one side that is the problem.
