Hi,
You cannot remove Dynamic Security for the HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer:
note: This printer is enabled with dynamic security. It is intended to be used only with cartridges with an original HP chip. Ink cartridges using a non-HP chip may not work, and those that work today may not work in the future.

You may use Non-Genuine ink cartridges, but only a such with an original HP security chip or unmodified HP electronic circuitry.
