How can I remove a residual message on a HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer about a problem that has been corrected Many times by following all the suggested steps (On/Off, cords out and then back in, the printhead removed and put back, etc, etc,The message is "MIssing or Failed Printhead." Multiple times I have gone thru the steps suggested, and sometimes a  manual or computer-sent print command goes thru and documents print correctly,  even with the message still showing in the small notice window on the computer. Other times I start all over....and then curiously, even with the one-line message still showing, the printer PRINTS a document. When the last correction was done - - printhead taken out and then re-seated on the movable carrier with the ink cartridges - - it prints (message still showing, and then it doesn't.
