Product: officejet pro k5400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need my printer to print without streaks of black and color.  Is there a way to cause the printer to go through a printer head cleaning process to see if that improves the output

Hello, 

 

Please try the below steps on the printer front panel...

Make sure the printer is loaded with unused white paper.
Press and hold the Power button.
Press the Cancel button (X) two times.
Press the Resume button (ResumeButton.jpg) one time.
Release the Power button.
Cleaning the printheads takes a few minutes, and when it completes, a page prints.
