Hi, I have an HP MFP 179fnw colour laserjet printer, it has been showing the message 'prepare transfer belt' for a long time, today it said 'replace' which I have done but the message will not clear so I can't use the printer. I've tried googling it to access the tech menu but it's not working. Any help gratefully received, we are a registered charity preschool and I can't print anything.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xt9cdZCuq38   instructions and the steps are the same just select belt instead of drum.
