A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you trying to re-size a document before printing/copying or after scanning?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Let me know!

I'm trying to enlarge a document off the web that is too small to read. I want to do this before printing/Scanning. Thank you.

Thanks! We can adjust the page scale option to enlarge printed page. The page scale setting has to be adjusted on the application which you are printing from. If your are using Safari web browser, then use the steps below to adjust the scale settings:

1.) Open the web page that you want to print.

2.) Click File, select Print.

3.) Increase the Scale to enlarge the image.

You may use HP Easy Scan to resize a scanned image, refer to steps below "How do I edit scan quality, color, and other settings?" from this document.

Let me know how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
