Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you able to copy well? Do you get any error message? To which device is your Printer connected to?
Let us know 🙂
Thanks!

I tried the install print in chrome. I tried to install chrome for HP print. I still get partial page.
I have had this printer hooked up to my Chromebook since April and printing fine. I may have changed settings on on a
particular page, and it evidently has not gone back to normal settings. That is my issue. This is why I wanted to reset printer to
original factory settings, I don't know what they are, and I've changed so much trying to get back to normal settings, I have no idea what they should be.
