I went to the login page for the Instant Ink program. The password I had on file did not work, so I used "forgot password" to reset it. Then I was logged in, but the **bleep** thing was asking me to sign up for Instant Ink. I AM signed up, I am OUT of black ink, and I found out there's no weekend support so I can't do a thing until Monday (Feb 11) which is a mess because I have a major project due Feb 15th.

 

What is the matter with this stupid website?
