This printer had a 6 months trial of Instant Ink with HP but, been around for 2 years and this printer I can’t get it to connect to the HP smart app, and the lights for tricolor, wifi, and information button are flashing orange lights with the wifi flashing blue. What do I do?

Hi @memaurivoaue 

This error could be related to Ink cartridges, sometimes they get some dust and you need to clean.

 

Remove cartridges from the printer and follow steps from the next video:

If the cartridges were installed in the printer while it was covered by the instant ink trial, they will not work if the printer is no longer under subscription and you will need to purchase new retail cartridges.
