HP 951XL

Our HP Officejet Pro 8100 recently registered an error for the cyan cartridge. I went through all the troubleshooting -- cleaning the contacts, checking for a firmware upgrade, etc. -- and the printer works fine with a new cyan cartridge; however, the defective 951XL (CN046AN) has a label on it saying "Warranty ends 2021/08", and the printer's web page says it was first installed in November of last year. I've spent over an hour searching on the HP website and cannot find a simple answer of how to get a replacement cartridge. Is there some magic key I need?

You need to find proof of purchase for a defective cartridge and contact seller for replacement.
