I've seen other posts with the same complaint the error code B305DFF9 and the blue screen keep happening. It is annoying to say the least. I've tried unplugging from the back and the electrical outlet. I've checked all that I can in my limited abilities. How do I get in touch with HP to get some help with this? I keep coming back to the HP Community but I'm not seeing any responses as to how to fix this issue. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you! Audrey

I keep getting Blue screen error B305DFF9. Have to unplug printer to reset. Can't shut down.
