Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I can't figure out how to print the free smartphone 5x7s from my phone to my tango.  The app doesn't have an option for 5x7.  Do I need to adjust my paper size?  I'm only getting 8x10s.

Printer is designed to use HP Smart app. Please use Google Play to print photos and this app allows you to select paper size

I'm using the app and I found a way to pinch and resize, but it doesn't let me to get to 5x7.  Can you clarify how to print 5x7 on the app?

I have the app.  I found a place that lets you resize, but only by pinching the photo, which doesn't allow you to get to 5x7.  Please clarify how to print the free unlimited 5x7 from the app.
