Product: HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed the WiFi naming and settings at my home network, but the printer seems to be still connected to the previous WiFi settings which is no longer valid.

I already tried a cold reset of the printer based on other similar posts here, but didn't work.

I also tried going through the WiFi setup from scratch (entering the Wi-Fi Diirect PIN) and that didn't work either.

I tried the HP Easy Start and didn't work either.

Can anyone please advise? This shouldn't be that complicated. Thanks.

Check the knowledge base articles here, there is one specifically on resetting  the printer wireless settings.
