How do I reset the EWS password on P57750DW?

You can try resetting printer to factory defects. If the instructions below do not work I suggest you call HP support as they may be able to provide a reset sequence.

Thank you Repairatrooper, but your snip is from the wrong machine. I did not have two "setup" icons. I did some more digging and found the instructions for the P57750DW as follows:

When I followed the instructions given in the User Guide, there was a problem. The restore menu asks you what you wish to restore: Copy, Scan, Fax, Photo, or Network - "Restore Factory Defaults" is not one of the options. Reseting the Network did not reset the EWS password. I'm still locked out!
