I somehow managed to turn on double-sided copying and printing some time ago and now can't seem to turn it off. I want to print labels so need to print on single sides.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I would like to help

Open the document or file you want to print and try these steps

  1. Click on the option Copies and Pages so that a drop down menu appears.

  2. Select the Layout option.

  3. Click on the drop down menu next to the words Two-Sided.

  4. To turn off the double-sided printing options, select Off.

  5. Once you've selected your single-sided preference, press Print.

Note: The options might slightly vary depending and the OS Version

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
