I have been trying for a week to fix my printer. The attention light has been on since last Tuesday and I have not been able to print. It does not give an error code and HP Smart only says "Printer cannot print." The "i" information button sys the same thing on the printed out sheet. I bought this printer in May this year and when I check for warranty status, it says there is a warranty on my printer. How can I use a warranty?

You need to go to support.hp.com and follow the steps to create a warranty case.
