Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
I see that you're experiencing a Configuration Problem error message,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Let's try to Disable Startup Programs:
- Click Start, type MSCONFIG in the Start Search box and then press Enter. ( OK User Account Control permission and enter a password if any )
- On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
- Right below Selective Startup, uncheck the "Load Startup Items" checkbox.
- Click the Services tab, click the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box, then click Disable All.
- Click OK, then restart the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!

I made a mistake, its version 1803 not 1809 sorry. The product number is N0A32AA#ABA. I had to have the computer wiped an d Windows 10 reloaded. It has not worked corectly since 15 Oct. 2018. I can print some form email, but cannot print if from
MyHeritage, Geni, or WikiTree, etc.

Thank you for posting back.
As I understand that you're unable to print from the other website,
I would recommend try printing from different browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft edge or internet explorer.
Are you getting any error message while printing from MyHeritage, Geni, or WikiTree this website?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have Microsoft edge on my computer, but I downloaded Google Chrome to try. I went to email(Gmail) and went to an email from MyHeritage and tried to print it. No luck, got the same Configuration Problem error message "0x80070241". I have tried trouble shooters for the computer and the printer, no problems found. Tried different printer, no help. I have reloaded the printers, no help. Everything I am tring to print worked before I had Windows 10 reloaded.

Thank you for posting back. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Let's try this steps: (Microsoft recommends)
1. Run Windows Upgrade Advisor to see if there are any known issues that might affect the installation and fix them.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/upgrade-advisor
2. Disable all security software: anti-virus, firewall etc. Remember to enable.afterwords.
3. Make sure your computer has the most recent drivers.
4. Disconnect all external devices except keyboard and mouse before installing.
5. Unplug your computer from the internet, if you have wireless disable it. Do not select to get updates during the install.
6. Disable Startup Programs:
A) Click Start, type MSCONFIG in the Start Search box and then press Enter.
OK User Account Control permission and enter a password if any
B) On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
C) Right below Selective Startup, uncheck the "Load Startup Items" checkbox.
D) Click the Services tab, click the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box, then click Disable All.
E) Click OK, then restart the computer.
F) Attempt the upgrade again.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I downloaded and installed the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, and then started the check, could not check got message "
Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor was unable to reach the Microsoft server for compatibility information. Check your internet
connection and try again later." I checked the connections, changed cable and port on my router, no help. My computer came with Windows 10 preloaded, so I do not have disk to fall back on to reload any programs or updates. Disconnecting from the internet is no help to attempt an update. I am about ready to take the computer back to where I had it worked on and tell the to fix it.
