How do you remove the print-head from an MFP X585 printer?

I have an x585 that has set for 4 months and is not printing a block of black and the blue is smearing. I have run the cleaning program to no avail. I would like to take out the print head and soak it. How do I remove the print head?

You need to have special tools to remove printhead on that printer model ( can't be purchased, only authorised repair centres have those) and a printer needs to be disassembled a lot to access and remove the printhead.
