Dear HP specialists, please help to solve such problem.
Assumed to use HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One (HP OfficeJet Pro 7612 Wide Format All-in-One) for user installation for lease and post-copy service (by count).
However, it turned out that the control panel has an OOBE Reset option, which resets the device counters to zero.
Is there any way to protect counters from being reset so that they can be used for copy-by-copy billing?

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
The OOBE ( Semi Full Reset ) steps are normally not known by customers since it involves steps that are confidential that is why the instructions are not available online on HP Website.
There are noways to remove the Semi Full Reset options from the Printer
Thank you
