HP 2620 inkjet printer continues to print work I did a week ago each time I switch on but I cannot print current work because of this. How do I clear queue as stopping current x sign does not work?

> Disconnect all connection between printer and computer.

> Try delete to all pending files from spooler of printer.

> Start print spooler service again.

You can also try this method:

> Write "CMD" in Windows search box

> Right click on it and select "Run as administrator"

> Write codes which i shared below step by step in CMD

  • * net stop spooler
  • * del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
  • * del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
  • * net start spooler

Thanks,
