HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer was purchased in UHP AE and was using ink cartridge HP 650. Now moved to India where HP 650 is not available and HP 678 is advised as replacement. However, printer gave the message "ink cartridge not recognised". Also, LCD screen is hanging with this message. Pe.rhaps regionalisation is required but how to do it? I can not connect wirelessly as LCD screen is stuck.

Hi,

Get a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your new region and have the printer connected to a computer, the contack HP Support in India to perform pen regionalization for your printer.

 

Follow below steps to dispute due to “issue with my accessories, software, erc.) and explain that you would need a region reset due to moving a country, the contact details will be sent once verified:
