hi

 

i have the HP officejet 4630 and I opened the extender and it is now stuck. 

 

Can anyone please help me and let me know how to close the extender.

 

I have tried everything.

Here's a video on how to close the tray extender, I've checked the user guide and there are very limited data available on the same, hence I had to browse through YouTube to get this for you, now remember this is a 3rd party channel and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond my support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions.
