I'm using non-hp cartridges now the printer keep showing offline and can't recognized cartridges insert in the printer.
I am looking for solution. I never know hp printer so troublesome, if keep having restriction like this I won't buy any hp products in the future tho.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your printer cartridges. We always recommend using genuine HP ink cartridges.
I see that you have an issue using non-HP ink cartridges on your printer.

If you are using generic or Non HP ink cartridges and the above links do not help. You will have to contact the generic ink cartridge manufacturer to assist you further with it or you will have to use genuine HP ink cartridges to resume printing.

The link provided can't solve the printer issue. There is no tutorial how to disable dynamic security either. And the printer still remain offline status. In HP Smart can't find the security setting in <Tools> or <Peference> also.

2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
