hi i just bought this printer, in the wifi direct settings of the printer server i selected not to broadcast the printer ssid, now windows sees the printer as "other network" and if i want to connect to it windows asks for the network name and then says it cannot connect to the printer.
please can someone just tell me how to perform either one of these:
- restore the printer ssid name and broadcast it (i can't connect to the printer so i can't reach the printer's server settings)
- perform a printer factory reset (pressing the wifi and cancel buttons for 3-5 seconds doesn't work)
- tell me just how to solve this issue and if it helps the right name of the printer ssid that now is not broadcast
thank you

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I suggest you Restore network settings to default settings
● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
This will get the printer wireless to factory setting.
Try connecting the printer.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
