What is the best way to file a complaint with HP? Been a hour talking with 3 different departments trying to figure out how to pay my $3 balance so my printer works again. No one seems to know and no one seems to care about wasting my time giving me the run around. Will never buy another HP product in my life. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. All for a $3 balance, Pretty sad
