We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables between the printer and your computer or network are securely connected.

Update Firmware or Drivers: Make sure your printer's firmware and drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support website to download the latest versions.

Reset the Printer: Access the printer's setup menu, select 'Tools,' and then 'Restore Defaults' to reset the printer settings.

Check for Paper Jams: Inspect the printer for any paper jams or blockages and clear them if necessary.
