I can't figure out how to fix the Error Code OXC4EB82C3
I have tried every single solution offered and nothing. Stays stuck on the "Now printing alignment page window".
The printer is barely a year old!
Someone, please drag me out of printer hell. HELP.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Betty0610, hello!
This was the very first thing I tried. Unfortunately, I am stuck at the window where the printer states :
"Pull out paper tray. Load plain paper then press ok."
There is paper in the tray and it is properly loaded and every time I do this process is freezes at:
"Now printing alignment page."
The printer then just sits there and never moves forward. I let it run overnight and the screen never changes!?
Please advise and assist me.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
