How to get rid of the cover page on my HP Envy 4520 all in one series

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT IS AVAILABLE TO GET RID OF THE COVER PAGE for my printer HP Envy 4520 all in one series WHENEVER I PRINT A PAGE AND NO SUCCESS.    Every time I PRINT something it comes out with a cover page that I did not select to be done. It just started to do this the last 3 weeks and I can not figure it out why when I did not ask for it. Please help. It is wasting paper and ink.

 Can you a hint of what you have tried?

What is printing?

and / or

What kind of information is on the cover page?

For example, is the printer printing an alignment page that needs to be placed on the printer flatbed scanned to finish aligning the cartridges?  Alignment is typically triggered after you change a cartridge.

What kind of document or content?  Word, PDF, Pages, Photos / Image files?

If Word, the cover page might be a result of settings within Word.

Relevant to Windows (and possibly other iterations of Word)

Unwanted “cover” page in Word – extra “stuff” printed in addition to the document itself

Prevent Word document printout from also printing document report

Word > File > Options > Display

Printing options

UNCHECK box “Print document properties”

OK to save changes

OR

Word > Preferences > Printer

UNCHECK / Disable the document property
