How to load and print envelopes on a officejet 5252

How do I print envelopes on officejet5252. I keep getting a prompt " The paper size does not match the paper size selected for the print job ? Make sure the paper size is correct to continue the job.

I have tried Office, Microsoft Word, and Word Perfect.  Here is the message I keep receiving : " The paper size detected by the printer does not match the paper size selected for the print job. Make sure the paper size is correct to continue the job. "  I must have changed the settings manually 100's of times in the last 2 days while trying to correct this issue to no avail.  Changed settings on printer ( also re-installed printer), and changed settings on printing programs.  I am using Windows 10, 64 bit,  Just had to replaced an older HP printer that worked fine with any/all of my programs.  Thinking seriously about returning this printer and going to a different brand.  Frustrating to say the least. Any help appreciated.
