Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to print a Hallmark greeting card envelope (8.75 x 5.75 inches) on my HP 6055e, but the printer just displays an E1 error message and ejects the envelope. What do I need to do to print this envelope?. Please advise. Thanks, H. Fox [personal info removed]
