I cannot print standard envelopes, letter size, with the HP 4520--they jam, or emerge without any print

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

 

To avoid paper jams and other issues, make sure you are using the correct type and size of envelope when loading the printer.

 

Your printer only support these envelope sizes

 

 

You can also refer to the Paper Handling Specifications in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/document/c047041...

 

Since you are using a 8.5 x 11 envelope it will not print or might jam
