How to raise a repair request for hp printer, out of warranty

Can someone help me with the steps to raise a repair request for hp printer which is out of warranty ?

I have multiple times via multiple official HP channel available for support but unable to raise a repair request. None of the phone numbers mentioned in the official site are working. Even the hp support assistant app doesn't give an option to submit a repair request.

HP Support is not an out-of-warranty repair depot.

What?  HP Support does not generally accept out-of-warranty repair requests.

That is why you cannot use an out-of-warranty serial number for submit a case.

If you need or want to do so, take your printer to a local printer repair shop.

That said, our Community does not speak for HP Support.
