When using ldaps lookup how do you set the default addressbook on the printer to be the local contacts? We set up ldaps lookup but then if user goes to email something to someone and clicks the addressbook icon it defaults to all contacts. On laserjet m575 this brings in contacts from the ldap lookup.  On a m4555 it works fine. Meaning the All contacts just shows the local addressbook. So is this a setting or a firmware issue

The 575 is a generation newer and as such some feature may work differently. The original plan with Futuresmart 3 is that all devices using the same revision of firmware would work the same but in reality I have found some differences, especially when comparing first generation FS3 devices to 2nd and 3rd generation. Are both printers on the same revision of firmware?
