Hello,
Hope you are well, please try the following:
- turn the printer off, unplug it from electrical source,
- take out the cartridge and reinstall it, then reconnect and turn on the printer.
if issue persists, please try to perform a factory reset:
- Turn the product off.
- Turn the product on, and while it is initializing press and hold both control-panel buttons at the same time until all the lights blink in unison.
