Thank you very much for showing much effort about the issue, Doing my research i find out that the problem arise just because of the scanner error. I unscrew the printer and i find out that the rator that is controlling the scanner to move forward and backwards as hang, so i try to use my hand to move the rator, it became more harder to move until i use force to move the rator and i re-position the rator from the forward to the backward side of the printer, immediately i coupled everything the printer start working properly and it stop showing paper jam error and the attention light stop blinking. That was how i became the solution solver of the printer problem.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer and the attention light blinks indicating a paper jam. However, there is no paper jam. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

I would like to know if any changes (hardware or software) took place on the printer after which this issue may have started. Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

If the attention light continues to blink then please review the steps from this link. You may skip the steps which you have already performed: http://hp.care/2kgobwu.

If none of the steps work out then the last option would be to perform a reset on the printer. I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a reset.

Feel free to let me know the results. Cheers! 🙂
