Hi. During a print job my hp2632 decided to stop printing. The i on the panel starting flashing orange and a symbol appeared on the screen. This symbol is an envelope with a drop of ink to the right. I cannot see this symbol in any documentation. This problem has stopped me from copying too. I've removed the cartridges one by one and unplugged everything to no avail. Hopefully attached some pictures to help.

Also, 

  • connect the printer to a different wall outlet to determine if the original outlet is causing the issue.

  • If the issue persists using a different wall outlet, partially lift the scanner lid, and then press the Copy button or icon. If the scanner light does not illuminate or move across the glass, it could be a hardware issue.

Hi. The link you gave me doesn't show the icon that has appeared on my printers screen. I have tried all those other steps and nothing works. I still have the same problem

Do you have any other set of cartridges to try with?

Apologies for the delay. I don't have any other cartridges to try. It's my sisters printer and she has been away. I've asked her to check her instant ink subscription to see if there's an issue there. If not, I will tell her to buy a new cartridge.
