HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 3830 printer will not print.  The scanner works, it connects to the wifi, HP Smart says it is connected and ready.  When attempting to print, I receive a Windows notification that there was an error, but no further info.  The event viewer info is below.  So far, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, ran HP print and scan doctor, reinstalled the drivers, and various other fixes found across the internet.  None of them work.

Any ideas that preferably don't involve registry editing?
