My hp 4632 is cutting off the top & bottom of my pages when I try to print with double sided printing. Is there a fix for this issue?

Hello!
Welcome to the HP Community @hoylep,
I saw your post about your Officejet 4632 cutting the tops and bottoms off pages printed out, and wanted to reply to help you. My suggestions are below.
1. Reset the printer and make sure the printer is plugged in directly to a wall outlet, avoiding power bars and surge protectors.
2. Run the Using Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to Help Resolve Printer Issues
3. Try the steps from this guide: Fixing Poor Print Quality
4. Uninstall and reinstall the printer. You can use the Printer Install Wizard to install the printer.
5. Print from other programs.
If the issue is not resolved by the time all steps above are completed, contact HP to discuss replacing the printer.
If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help.
