Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d

My yellow cartridge light is flashing. I have restarted, cleaned, and replaced with an ho cartridge but it continues flashing and thinking it’s empty. Any ideas on how to fix?

I understand that you are getting cartridge error, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and requires one on one interaction to fix issue.
