M252Dw  5.20  Fuser  error  will not  reset

If the fuser error does not reset after you unplug and leave the printer for a few minutes and then plug back in, making sure you are plugged directly into the wall on an outlet with no other heavy draw items like a heater or AC unit then likely there is a hardware error with the fuser. Can you enter the full error because the format you are showing is not what I would expect to see.
