Hey, today after some time of not using my printer I tried to use it when I turned on it everything started blinking, power button, paper button on orange and wifi button on blue and on the screen it blink letter E and every icon without ink level. Nothing is working, tried unplugging it waiting, everything I could find. Please help me

Is there any error # displayed on the printer's control panel ( LCD )

Hello,
Looks like its a hardware issue. However try the below listed steps..
- While the printer is ON, remove both the cartridges.
- Unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug in the power cord to the printer.
- If printer does not power ON automatically, press the ON button to do so.
- Place the paper in the tray
- Install the cartridges when prompted. Close the cartridge door.
- Hope it works.
