HP ENVY 6032
Android 9.0 Pie

Hi there, I have purchased an HP ENVY 6032 printer with the 5 month free trial of Instant Ink. I have just signed up to the 100 pages a month plan and I have completed the set up of the printer. I did not receive any claim code or promo code in the box - there is a flyer in the box which specifically states a 5 month free trial, but there is no code on it or any other paperwork in the box. It also says on the box that I get 5 months free, as well as on the Curries website when I purchased the printer which was the main reason my wife and I purchased this printer. I purchased my printer on 8th January 2021 on the Curries website and registered with HP Instant Ink on 10th January 2021.

Please advise how I should proceed?

Thank you for your help.

Attached above are three images, one of the box of my printer, one of the front of my printer lid and the brochure/flyer saying my printer qualifies for the 5 month's free instant ink, and I have also attached a screenshot of the UK Curries website of the printer I purchased which clearly says my printer comes with 5 months free instant ink. Please can my account be set up for the free 5 months? As mentioned I have just completed the set up of my printer and also signed up for the 100 pages a month for £3.49 a month instant ink. Thank you very much for your help resolving this.
