I am having the same issue with my 7858, and have tried the reset instructions in this thread multiple times.  Please send the link referenced in other responses.

Hi, I have the same model and the same issue of the loading screen being stuck. I have tried all of the advice found on this site pertaining to the issue and nothing has worked. Please help HP!
