HP Recommended

My HP ENVY Photo 7100 series all of a sudden quit working. Every time I attempt to print it throws error message “Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information.” I assure you the printer is connected to both my wifi and my moblie device. The printer also has high ink levels and paper. I have tried rebooting, removing and replacing both inks and paper. Nothing so far.
