Hello,

I am trying to print off stickers for my Etsy store and my printer isn’t cooperating. Every time I use a sticker sheet it prints way too high on the sheet and about 7 inches up from the bottom, cutting off all the info at the top. I have used this printer all year and the issue only started now. I have attempted to use the alignment on the printer but fails every time because most of the sheet hasn’t printed on the paper, meaning it doesn’t end up aligning my stickers. I have also tried printing off of my phone and my MacBook Pro with different software. I’m frustrated and have used way too much ink and pricy paper. I’ve also tried cleaning the print head.

Didn’t solve the issue sadly. It prints fine on a regular sheet but my thicker sticker sheets are the issue
