It printed in color until I quit getting the HP ink mailed to me. I used the printer more than I expected and HP charged me a lot more a month, than if I just bought HP cartriges. So I quit the monthly service and bought cartriges. Ever since then, I can not print in color from any of my programs.
Ironically, I can print in color from another computer that never had the montly service.
I have all of my print preferences set correctly. Corel and Photoshop give you the opportunity to print in Grayscale, RGB and CmYK. I have chose color and not gray scale in both of those programs.
Guess Ill have to buy a new printer?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled new drivers, the HP scan and Print doctor says all is up to date and working fine.
The computer that won't print in color is ACER Aspire T ATC-780AMzi5

A very warm welcome to the HP community. A very good day to you.
I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer. I read that you have quit the HP instant ink program and since then the printer does not print in color. The print settings are set to print in color. Moreover, the printer prints in color from another computer. You have run the HP Print and Scan and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers. And the issue persists. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that.
The evidence indicates towards a printer driver issue. Because the printer prints fine from another computer. I suggest you to uninstall the printer drivers from the root level and then reinstall them. The below steps will help:
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- You may download and install the drivers from this link.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Feel free to let me know the results. All the best! 🙂

I followed the instructions above to the letter and now it works! I was unable to print anything in colour except for test pages. The printer was only printing everything in gray scale, even photographs. I am running Windows 10 - 64 bit with 8 Gb of RAM.
