My daughter bought the HP Envy 7155 printer in BEst BuyEncinitas store. She cannot find the install cartridges. So I tried to buy her the same printer.

 

It is out of stock at Best Buy Encinitas


 Can you send her replacement cartridges?

Are you referring to the setup ink cartridges?

Setup ink cartridges are required to initiate the printer. These are not available in local stores. You get a set of setup ink cartridges in the printer box.

Kindly check inside the printer or the printer box for the setup inks.

 

If not found, we will have to perform an OOB reset on the printer.

I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
