HI! I have a "little" issue. A few months ago I fix that problem somehow but now, its back. After a paper jam printer still showing a jame issue and error code 13.FF.FF, i thought thats the problem with firmware becouse even after i reset a printer, the error still appears. So i re-isntall firmware but this did nothing. I sow also in log thats sometimes showing problem with "fuser release motor" but diagnostic mode didn't show anny issue. Even i repleace fuser unit but still same problem. I know 13.FF.FF is a general problem if i power on printer with jam but as I say, i check every pleaces in this printer... Any idea?
